Here at Kingsmead, we offer Riding experiences which are ideal for beginner riders who would like to get a taste of what riding is like. They are an hour slot in which you get a meet and greet of all the horses, learn a bit about horse behaviour and help tack up. You then have a ride (30-40mins) out in the countryside - either on the bridleway or in our woodlands and afterwards help put them away. A Riding Experience aims to give you an all round taste of what riding is like.

Ideal if you have never ridden and want to tick it off your bucket list or perhaps you rode years ago and want to experience the pleasure of riding again in a friendly and informal setting.
