Welcome to Kingsmead
Our award winning riding school is set in the Surrey countryside, yet is only a few miles from London. We welcome riders of all ages and ability. You can opt for a one-off riding experience (suitable for complete beginners) or ride several times a week. We also have in hand and non ridden activities. We have five outdoors riding arenas, woods and miles of hacking straight from the yard. Whatever you decide to do, you will enjoy a welcoming environment, friendly staff and happy horses. We are licensed by Tandridge Council and fully insured.
Herd life is important for horses; we have at least three herds here at Kingsmead. Come and enjoy watching the horses interact.
Our horses get individual care. They are seen by the vet, the farrier, the osteopath and the equine dentist when needed.
We pride ourselves on knowing the horses and will tailor their work accordingly. Horses enjoy a variety of activites to suit their personalities.
Our smallest pony is 8hh and largest horse is 17.3hh; we have some steady cobs and some more energetic warmbloods.
By popular request we have created a Kingsmead Amazon Wish List, we have included treats and supplements for the horses and items such as tack cleaners to help the staff keep everything ticking over.
